Failures, kept on the record
What did not work stays on the page, folded away — open it when you want the detail.
The first lock test — failed (October 25)
Mira's lock was trained on the fast trainer (about $5) and put through four new scenes it had never seen. It learned her type — the hair, the skin, the build, the calm — but not her face. In every scene the woman is a softer cousin, not Mira. Pushing the lock harder did not fix it.
Verdict: did not pass. The lock file is kept, but it is not used as her. The lesson cost about $5 and it changed the plan: training is parked, not cancelled. Every new photograph is made from her photographs instead — the route that already holds her face exactly, for free. Training comes back only if a job arrives that needs it: high-volume generation, a text-only video tool, or a long multi-scene video. Then it runs captioned, on the portrait trainer, at proper steps, one model at a time, judged against a same-scene baseline made the free way. Two failures across two models would end the lock route for good.
How this works
- House faces, not a replacement. The models carry collection drops, the lookbook, and suits that are not made yet. Real creators wearing real suits stays the engine that sells.
- A model is a person, not an outfit. Her bible rotates suits on purpose — a ledger makes sure no colour repeats until every colour has had a turn — so what gets learned is her, never a swimsuit. She can wear anything in the catalogue, or anything that does not exist yet.
- Pictures are the route. Every new photograph of her is made by attaching her photograph and describing the scene. Her face comes through exactly, and it costs nothing per picture.
- Built to a standard. Each bible is breadth, never bulk: every angle, expression, distance and light, at most two shots per combination. Every photograph is checked against her written face sheet before it is filed — a cousin does not make the cut.
- Her words never change. The exact sentence that describes her runs word-for-word in every request. Only the scene, the angle and the suit change.
- Clean files, always. Model pictures are made with no filters on them — no grain, nothing. Filters are a finish, added later, picture by picture.
- Done means proven. A bible is finished when it passes a production proof: one real post made from her anchors, in a real catalogue suit with the house finish on it, plus a short video test (about fifty cents). Until then she is a portrait set, not a working model.
- Judged like everything else. Sends and shares per reach first, then watch time, then likes. If the posts do not travel, the models do not stay.
